The challenge
Centralize and optimize the comprehensive management of construction and renovation projects for Aquí tu Reforma franchisees, providing a unified platform that allows the creation and management of budgets, monitoring of construction projects, financial control and customer relations in one place.
Goals
Budget management
Facilitates the creation and modification of budgets quickly and efficiently, allowing renovators to generate detailed and adjusted estimates for each project, optimizing the bidding and approval process.
Construction monitoring
Users can keep an exhaustive control of the progress of each project in real time, supervising deadlines, tasks and advances, which improves coordination and ensures compliance with times and objectives.
Certifications signature
Facilitates the creation and modification of budgets quickly and efficiently, allowing renovators to generate detailed and adjusted estimates for each project, optimizing the bidding and approval process.

Contractor
The application simplifies management for small team leaders, allowing them to easily control projects and budgets, without having to deal with administrative tasks.
Architect
For leaders of large teams, such as architects or construction managers, the tool offers detailed control over multiple projects, facilitating supervision and planning.
Headquarters
The head office can monitor the performance of franchisees, access financial and operational metrics, and ensure quality in the execution of works.
Appearance
The elements used in the mobile app interface are flat and clean, seeking to convey the concept of austerity and ease of use. Colours are used to highlight the most important elements against the white background.

The application was developed for Android, iOS, tablet and web platforms, ensuring accessibility from any device and at any time. This allowed the renovators to manage their projects in a fluid and efficient manner, adapting to their specific needs.
Thanks to the intuitive interface and integrated functionalities, we significantly improved user satisfaction, who can now concentrate more on their work, while the application optimizes the administrative and financial part.
